Cllr. Paul Smith (Alphington) has been appointed the new Lord Mayor for Exeter. Paul has represented Alphington for 12 years and has lived in Exeter for 36 years. He is the Chairman of governors at West Exe Technology College and he has pledged to promote and celebrate young peoples achievements during his year of office.
