Exeter Lib Dems outside the Civic Centre.

Exeter Liberal Democrats have launched their City Council Election campaign and are very confident of success on May the 1st.

The Council is currently controlled by Labour despite them only having 14 of the 40 Councillors. However, the Liberal Democrats are snapping at their heals with 12 Councillors and are poised to become the largest party after these elections.

The Lib Dem candidates for the 12 wards within the Exeter parliamentary seat are as follows:

Pennsylvania - Sheila Hobden

Pinhoe - Tessa Barrett

Polsloe - Larissa Rowe

Priory - Sandra Barrett

St. Leonards - Pam Holman

St. Thomas - Rob Hannaford

Whipton Barton - Pam Thickett
