Rod Ruffle

Rod is an experienced former City and County councillor with over 20 years' service. He came to Exeter in the cold winter of 1962/63 and with only a few short breaks has lived and worked in city ever since.

He is proud of Liberal Democrat policy values on individual liberty but experience has taught him not to let political dogma stand in the way of cross party co-operation which promotes the common good.

Finally councillors do not have a monopoly on wisdom and he promises to listen to any ideas to improve existing practices.
