Tim Butters

Born and bred in St Loyes, Tim attended Exeter School and then St Lukes College. He has enjoyed a career in teaching.

Tim joined the Liberal Party in 1970 and has experience as a councillor in Northants. He returned to Exeter on retirement so he can attend Exeter City home games.

Tim’s priorities are for improved council housing, better road layout, and action on potholes. Tim recognises the need for balance on the city council to ensure greater scrutiny, collaboration, and value for money decision-making.
