Lib Dem Cllrs bang the drum for St James in response to City Centre Strategy

Duryard & St James Lib Dem Cllrs, Kevin Mitchell, Michael Mitchell and Tammy Palmer, have made representations to the City Council on their City Centre Strategy. In particular, they have raised the issue of classifying large swathes of St James as ‘City Centre’. This risks surrenduring our community's identity.
