Lib Dems demand long-term solution to Exeter's flooding subways

Will Aczel, Lib Dem Parliamentary Candidate for Exeter, has taken the initiative to report and write to the relevant Devon County Council portfolio holders demanding urgent action over the current and repeated flooding issues in Exeter's pedestrian and cycle subways.

With schools back on Monday, flooding here should be treated with the same urgency as for roads.

Impassable walking and wheeling routes risk more dangerous, inconvenient, and polluted alternatives.
