Will Aczel for Exeter. Listening. Caring. Environment.

Will grew up in Exeter so deeply cares about the city and understands the issues we face.

From litter-picking to working at independent Exeter health food stores, from running races for local charities to speaking up for his local community, Will passionately cares about making Exeter the best it can be.

Will aims to fulfil our need for a stronger political voice so we can secure better funded public services, lower bills, and create a thriving environment.

The Lib Dems are the party that listens and cares. A crucial first step in sorting our politics is with electoral reform. As the largest party consistently calling for proportional representation, Will and the Lib Dems are in a crucial position for driving that change.

Our public services are crumbling whilst the tax bill is the highest it's been since the Second World War. Will is a passionate advocate for strong investment, regulation, and redistribution.

Will joined the Lib Dems because of our strong environmental policies with the economic rationality and progressive social policies to back it up. Learning through his Open University Master’s, he understands how it's more important than ever to shift investment to renewable energy, insulation, and public transport. This also saves us money in the long-run.

As a young local who has grown up in Exeter, Will is in an invested and informed position to represent our diverse city.

Will looks forward to knocking on many doors to listen to and speak with as many people as he can. Together, we can build a better future.
